What did you use to file down block?
Like the questions says what did u use to file the block down?? Can this be done with a file from home depot or maybe some sort of attachment to a drill???
if you do it by hand it's goin to take forever. if youcan get your hands on an air grinder thats the best bet. dremel work work though. i used an air grinder
use an electric drill and use a 3/8" drill bit, use titanium...
drill a few holes about 3/4" from the edge of the block...
once you have a rugged edge, use a smaller bit like a 1/4" and smooth the rugged edges left behind by the larger one and file it down until it is very smooth....
you want to dull out the sharp edges, you don;t want it to puncture the turbo..
ALSO, once you're done, install the manifold and turbo on, and check the clearance from the bottom of the car...
as long as you have 1/3" of clearance from the block to the turbo, you're fine
the whole process should take you about 15-25 minutes and good luck with your sore arms..hehehehehe
