What compression is best for D series t3?

What compression is best for D series t3?
Ive been debating what compression pistons I should run on my next project on my D-series build... I dont know much at all on turbo set ups for Ive only built N/A cars... I have so far:
Boost & A/Fuel Guages
Apexi BOV
Apexi Turbo Timer
Venom Injectors
Eagle Rods
D16z6 Long Block
I found out my turbo has shaft play so ima need another turbo..
What all am I missing for a complete set up?
-intercooler
-piping
Also any input on what type of turbo would work out best lemme know. maybe something rated max 300hp ?
