What to build up for turbo?
Hey FI board I have a 2k1 GS-R w/ 14k on it and decided to go Gen Drag III turbo on it. Right now I have JUN retainers&springs, and ITR valves in the head. Do I need to build the bottom end if i'm only to run stock boost of 6-8 psi. And if I do need to build the bottom end what are some good name brand to aid me. Thanks

If your staying @ low boost and your not going to be boost happy, your bottom end will last a long time and you won't need a rebuild.

You should be fine with up to 20 some psi, boost that ******, I heard you got beat by a stock CX hatch. Bwwhahahahahahahahahahhahahaha. Oh and when did you get the Itr head work done, because your head has never come off that over beat, over reved over priced **** box you call a "VTECH"!!!!

anyway, you're comp is kinda hight for 5-8psi. I'd say 5psi, max, unless you get some lower comp. pistons or always run race gas.

lol it was a joke He is a friend of mine Im just messing with him. Its pretty fast as is though I might get my *** handed to me when he boosts. MAYBE! How fast exactly would a Gsr be with 5 psi roughly?
