Default Contemplating a turbo setup rather than N/A

First off, i have a 92 Civic DX hatch w/ 94 JDM B18C (GSR). Well i've had the motor for about a year now, and its been great. I have had the head ported and polished by Portflow (also milled .030) and had their valvetrain installed. I'm running stock cams w/ basic I/H/E. i was planing on doing a rebuild on the bottom end soon, i was going to stuff some JDM ITR pistons and shot peen the stock rods, get everything balanced and have at it. Well i was talking to a couple of my friends (Boost freaks) and they have got me thinking about boosting it instead, and i thought it might be worthwhile since im rebuilding the bottom end anyways. If i were to go the boosted route, i would stuff some JE 9:1 or 9.5:1 in the block w/ Eagle rods and an STR blockgaurd. My buddy can get me a deal on a DRAG III kit, so i was going to go that route if i go turbo, i guess what im asking is will it be as reliable as my ALL MOTOR days? will the bottom end be strong enough for at least 1.0 BAR of boost? will my Portflow head benefit more under boosted conditions? this car is my daily driver and a weekend track hoe, so that would have to be considered as well. I've done searches on the DRAG III kit and found some info, but not ask much as i would like. sorry for so many questions, but the help and opinions would be appriciated.

I thought which I shuold do for 3 years. it had gone from N/A, to Supercharger, back to N/A, to turbo, to VOrtech, to JRSC, to NA, to VOrtech, to turbo, to supercharger, to NA............, staying NA, then deciding to go JRSC............... Only... to change my mind, and go vortech..... to only change my mind.. and buy a turbo.......

Turbo... is sitting in my family room now.

Good luck on what you decide on.

Only one thing to say:

Once you go turbo, NA seems like a waste of time and money.
