Default Weird boost flutter issue.

I've had my setup on my car for a few months now and had it tuned and all that good stuff but have had a flutter issue. The car will do fine when I go through the gears if it has a good load on the motor. Holds 10psi with no problems. I have the flutter issue when the car is in a higher gear and I try to speed up and not gear down. It will flutter until it hits full boost and then it will be rock steady. Kinda like if I did a 20mph pull in 3rd it would happen. It sounds like ch ch ch ch ch ch when it does happen.

Any help with this would be awesome.

How would I go about fixing this?

Edit: Wait I think I get it. In those gears its below the line on the compressor map? Correct? I guess I need to research that stuff.

can't, well you can...but it requires a machine shop and will cost more than buying a turbo with a better surge line

Hmm. Thanks for the help. That's the first solid answer I have gotten from anyone about what it could be.
