Default s300 over boosting problem

Sup HT, i got this in the FI section, but no one seems to wanna help, so i brought it here.

Get the car tuned, everything goes perfect. Holds boost rock solid.

LS-v
AFI ramhorn
44 tial
hx35
s300 with hondata EBC and pherables PWM solenoid

boost cut at 24psi

1st gear- 12psi
2 14-15
3rd-17psi
4th-full boost-20psi

Get it home and it hits boost cut in every gear but first. As soon as vtec hits, pegs boost cut at 24psi

Turn the boost down all the way down in every gear, still hits 20psi in every gear.

Un plug the top port of the gate, holds 12psi steady in every gear.Still on the map that the boost is all the way down with.

Whats going on here?

NOTHING has changed from the time of tuning and now.

Sounds like your load changed and your duty cycle/boost values have changed.

but even with the gate hooked up properly and all the boost values turned down to 20, it still pulls 20lbs.

Check for a hole in your W/G lines and your W/G diaphragm.

Brand new cars come with defects. You should still check them.

i hear that, just got back in from changing the lines again and checked the WG.

the set screws that hold the valve to the diaphram were non exsistant

Loaded the original map, ill report back in a few with results

Note to self- use loctite when instructions tell you to.

Sounds like a vacuum leak. I had similar issues. If you haven't madE any changes on your tuning program or boost controller and this magically started happening then it's a vacuum line broke or came loose and now your boosting to the moon.
