Default Wastegate install??

Hey guys.. My wastegate was missing its installation intructions and wanted to see if someone knew.. I have a wastegate, two "seal" rings that seem to go in the wastegate over the valve, two gaskets, two bolts, two squiggly washers and four flat washers and a flange for the downpipe. The center hole in either of the gaskets wont fit over either side of the ring and the ring doesnt fit in the hole in the manifold either. The only way I can see to make it fit without cutting the gasket or the hole in the manifold bigger is to put the four flat washers (2 each side) between the flange and the gasket and have the ring sit on top of the gasket. The only thing is, it doesnt look like its going to seal all the well beacause there would be a gap between the flange and the gasket except around the ring. And if i leave off the ring and mount it flat to the manifold, there would be a gap around the valve. Any suggestions?
