Default Tial Wastegate

I just took off my wastegate and noticed that there was no gasket going from the wastegate to the exhaust manifold. I thought there was suppose to be some kind of gasket. Anyone have a picture of what it looks like? And whether Im wrong or right.

Also is there a VERY good chance its leaking if it doesnt have one, and thats causing that I cant boost over 6 psi?

they're different, the sealing ring is a silver ring, the gasket is in the shape of the flange.

Umm maybe both? Where does the sealing ring go? I saw a silver ring in there, but dont know if you mean a really thin one or just one that goes inside the wastegate from the bottom? I know im missing the gasket

the stock tial wastegate gaskets suck, they blow after 3k miles or so (in my experience) - you should be fine with no gasket or use a little bit of copper silicone to seal it

went and got a gasket from my tuner. With the fire ring. Hopefully when I get a chance to put it on, it will fix some problems.
