walbro fuel pump install questions
well reading over the instructions on c-speedracing.com they are using the stock wires to hook it all up, is this good or not. It wouldn't see 10psi ever so im just wondering if i should get better guage wiring or a relay.

It depends on how much power the pump draws. If you are blowing the fuse, then you need to do it.

I went nuts with mine and had a buddy weld a stainless AN fitting to bulkhed where the barb fitting was so I could run a real -8 from the pump. Also have 10gauge from alternator to relay, my pump see's an extra 1.5volts over stock this way.

I'm planning on doing the same, does it matter that the rubber line from the pump to the fuel line is 5/8"
also, I wanted to use the stock line for the return, is there much reason to do this?
