Vortech supercharger
Does anyone with an Integra GSR ('94- up) know anything about the Vortech supercharger? What kind of power does it make, and is it worth the money? Does anyone actually have one or know someone who does? I would appreciate your feedback!

Re: Vortech supercharger (ChaseIntegra)
vortech s/c is pretty much ***. If you want the power of the claims you'll be happier with a turbo. If you want a s/c for its ease, go with jrsc. I mean vortec is nothing below 6k, jackson has power all the way through. Why buy a vortec that gives you car tons of top end when all the car has already is topend. Now turbo is different, it just has more versatility and turbos can be tuned better.

all you have to do is tune the vortech (lower vtec switchover good for 25-30 hp in the flatspot) and run a bigger pulley. The Vortech is only running at about 60% of it max speed as delivered.

Re: Vortech supercharger (bQQsted hybrid)
We had one dyno a vortech on the Si and made 202whp uncorrected , around 249whp corrected. This car had I/H/E and some other goodies. I was expecting a lil more.
