Default TurboXS RFL Instructions?

i just recently bought a RFL from a HT member. it has everything in it, but i cant seem to put it together. is there a page or instruction online where it shows how to put it together? also, where can i find a adaptor plate?

it should have came with two little pipes that screw into the rfl, and are welded into the charge pipe. if not, then while your at the hardware store buying your 1.25" holesaw, pick up some 1.25" OD pipe as well. i'd be pissed if i bought something and it didn't come with everything that it's supposed to.

not to thread jack but I have the same BOV and mine comes with the washers, what are they for?

the washers let you adjust the sound and all ... unscrew the top of the bov, put in the washers and screw it back on... i did not need to use the washers on mine...worked and sounded good at 7psi

well, i kinda get the picture above but mine comes with 4 adaptor pipe and i dont know which one it is. if someone has the time to picture of their RFL it would be a big help for me. thanks.

I'm not quite sure what your question is... it came with 4 pipes? Just pick the one made out of the same material as your charge pipe and weld it on there...

What do you want a picture of? I have pics but I don't think they will help...

4?...mine came with 2. Oe was zinc(for welding on steel) and the other was aluminum for aluminum IC piping.

err... that, or they also add spring tension to keep it closed for higher boost. they say it's good to 25psi, but i'm sure it's only if you add washers.

They are also need for high boost, they add some tension to the spring so i dosen't open up under boost.I had that problem with mine at 10 psi, it would start to open and cause me to have no boost, so I added three washers and then I was good
