Default vafcII question

i can use this to control the fuel with larger injectors. i am just trying to do some research before i get my new turbo setup. after hooking up the vafcII, is this something that changes the fuel automatically, or is this something that i need to have tuned? i do not know anyone who has this, so i really don't know much about this unit other than some of the basic stuff on apexi's website. any info will be helpful. thanks.

bigger than stock. not sure which cc i am going with yet. i just know that i am not going to send my ecu out to be chipped, since this is the only car i have and can not have it down for a couple weeks while the ecu is being redone. i am not looking for mad crazy power, and i said vafc, not safc. i just want to know if it's going to do it's thing with the injectors, or if it is something i have to program and have tuned. thanks.

Yes, you will have to make your own adjustments to it. If you are unfamiliar with it DO NOT attempt yourself. You may do more harm than good. Oh and to my knowledge(limited), "V" and "S" AFC's are basically the same except that the Vafc will allow you to adjust the "VTEC" on a honda.
From what I know (again limited) vafc's do not allow proper adjustment of timing. And, while they do allow you to add more fuel I think they acutally advance the timing which can be bad when boosted.
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I would decided what your setup is going to be before you worry about what to tune with such as injector size, and what kinda power you are looking at.

I would go with Motec and 310's.

JK! Get Hondata, crome, uberdata, or something other than a hack.
