What management are you going to use ?If its a standalone then you can pretty much use anything and tune for it

I think you will be ok with the 450;s if whoever is making the chip knows what he is doing

450's are fine for what you are doing, and leaves you a little extra boost control room for later.(I would'nt go above 12psi with 450's)

As far as hp levels i would say that 450's are good till around 250-280whp depending on other upgrades ie: fuel pump and FPR

You can run 1000cc injectors in a stock non turbo car with a chipped ECU and a good tune. The 450's will be fine.

Next, don't worry about what psi you run the injectors to, it's HP that limits them and HP isn't a constant among different turbos with different boost levels. I have seen several DSM injectored cars make 330 hp at the wheels with a Walbro 255 and stock FPR and be around 80-85% DC so you are fine up until that point.

This guy ^^^ knows what he is saying. D series fuel pumps can handle a little over 300whp, B series pumps maybe 375whp. Just a bit more info related to the subject. 400cc+ are definately good for 300whp no problem with the right tuning.
