turning boost down for the dd

i was wondering if how low you can turn the boost down for a daily drive? also if it is tuned at 15 psi, and you turn in down for the dd then turn it back up to 15 will it still be in tuned settings?

dual stage boost controller. I run 5psi and 10psi

yes...you're tuned for anything up to 15psi. If you turn it down, you'll be fine
