turbod sohc???
yeah my question is first how does a sohc vtec motor with a
decent turbo do on the streets , since money is a issue as with
everything , not to mention everyone here is b18 this and b16
that , i just kinda want to be different. also does anyone know
of where i can get a complete swap for a 92 cx. thanks for your help.

you need to do a stinkin' search before you get told off by someone also you wont be that different because alot of guys are turbocharging D16's now

I guess I'll answer you but I won't came back here to look at the progression of this tread.
you can get very good power out of a D engine, first of: all you will get is like 300 Hp at the very very most without putting a good amount of $ and tunning in it. you can acheive close to 200 whp with little to no tunning on a Stock block, d serie engine.
they do good on the street, though, you should race at a track for security reason, i'm shure you understand that.
search on this board for more info,
for money reason I choosed to go D, D serie block and part's are ditched everywhere in the country, you only have to search a bit to find good, used part's, when you breack, cause you WILL, it's less troubble finding part's

on the street. only thing i see is dynod got 220hp and dynod
got 190hp and so on and so on.
