Default turbo rusting = problem?

Ive got my turbo under the hood and where it sits is right where water drains off of my hood dip. Its rusty needless to say, and im probably going to cover up the hole. THe thing i noticed this morning is that the spot for my oil inlet to go now has little rust spots on it. Will this give me problems with sealing? will i be spewing oil all over now? i ran my finger over it and it feels 100% normal... but i dunno......
