Default Oil Problem!!! Help!! Help!!

as of today!!! My Turbo is Gone!!! I was leaking oil on the intake side of the turbo. I was driving home and then I was wondering what was that smell(burnt oil) so when i pull of my drive way and pop my hoods up..I have a big mess of oil on the blow -off valve section...Oil was going inside my intake pipe..I have to take my Turbo out and have my turbo rebuilt...Does anyone know what's the problem with my turbo...it's probably the seals but..how much do you think it cost? any suggestion place here in Southern California (Long Beach)

The seals pooped out on you. Damn, can't imagine how catastrophic it can be. How old is the turbo?

BTW, I like your username. I know turbos are makulet...

I'm pretty sure it was very old... I got it from the Junk Yard!!! I have to change the end piston ring seals...due to some bad smoke... two months after ..boom dead.. I don't want to go same headache again.. I probably have it rebuilt...not unless it will cost me an arm and a leg!!! any good/cheap place to have it fix?

Call Turbo City in Anaheim. The oil seal went out in my TD04 and I bought a new cartridge for $300.00.

You can buy a rebuild kit for about 100.00 from turbo city. Its not to difficult to rebuild one either.
