Default Turbo Problems

OK well I figured since I belong to this board and you guys are very helpful I'd check here first. I bought a 1988 Dodge Daytona Turbo and today started having problems with it. There was a problem in my vacuum lines and it would not fully boost. Once I fixed it, and yes I fixed it right, the turbo wouldn't spin and when the throttle was opened the line from the throttle body to turbo would collapse (Non-intercooled car). So I did what would be normal and replaced it. Now the tubing won't collapse but still no spool. I wanted to see what might be causing this before I go ahead and tear it apart since the exhaust and intake manifolds are both on the rear of the motor meaning I would have to take both off to inspect. In case you were wondering about the vacuum problem it was just a line that was disconnected under max boost. thanks ahead of time
