Just do some research and part together your own kit. You'll get better parts, make more power, and it will most likely cost you less. With the research you do, you can install it yourself too, all you will need to do is find a good tuner after that

The thing is, even if you buy the turbo kit your going to need small parts like cam gears, 255 fuel pump, head gasget, slim fan, intercooler piping that fits your turbo, high flow cat/test pipe, and then your going to need a chipped ecu and tune it all. All that stuff adds up, so if you try to build your own kit, you will stay in your limit of $3000 or spend even less.

For example, you can buy a log manifold kit, which is $100 bucks, and weld it together yourself, and right there you save around $200 bucks from buying an already assembled one which is around $300. You can do the same for the downpipe. You can also buy an Ebay intercooler which is around $100 bucks and an ebay type S blow off valve which is like $40 shipped. Then you can get some dsm injectors for $60. This are some examples of how you can save some BIG money.

I dont see you staying in your limit if you go with a kit, cause theres other things you have to do to the set up to make it run reliably
