turbo installation problems >_<
ok, starting installing yesterday (friday).
everything went well, but i can't find the oil feed source (the engine's f23a from 99 accord 4cyl). i found some sites/search results which says it's near the oil filter on the back of the block. check this pic out:
ok, thinking that thing has to be it, i pulled the rubber cover off. inside, i see a thin plastic piece connected to it. so i start unscrewing it, but the line keeps on twisting and it's not coming off, but i'm thinking "whoa, hold up". i'm guessing you have to unbolt the metal hex nut/bolt on the bottom? someone please help me with this issue. some detailed steps/explanations would be sooo helpful!
ok, second problem. i already have vafc and i'm planning on running afc hack, so i got blue top dsm 450cc's (obd1). this **** will not plug into injector clip. clip on the injector is way too big for the obd2 clip from my car. i was madly cutting the inside of the injector, but i still can't get it to fit. also, i was trying to take the white/clear cap thingy (pintle cap?) from my stock injector to put on the dsm's, but in the process of it, i managed to break on of them. is that piece necessary? also, if i put the cap back on to my stock injector and back to the intake mani, will it come off the injector and fall into the intake mani? please refer to this pic:
can someone please help me with these issues? how can i make dsm's fit? also, if i can't, then what are my options?
yesterday was a breeze, but today's install has turned to ****! any help will be greatly appreciated! tia!

As for the oil line, yes that is it. You just unscrew it from the base and screw it into the adapter.
I think you need OBD1 connectors for the injectors. I had to trim my DSM's on the inside to fit. There is a strip of plastic on the inside that permits the Honda connectors from clipping in. I'm not sure if your OBD2 clips are different from my OBD1, but I think they are.

new clips? is that the only viable solution? if i keep on cutting away at it, would it work? anyone in nova area wanna sell me a clip which will work? i need it tomorrow!!! argh! this is driving me nuts!
Yeah, that is because you have OBD2 clips. You can find OBD1 clips very cheap. I had to do very little trimming. It took about 15 seconds per clip with the dremel. I guess if you can grind the OBD2 clips down far enough it would work.

just pull very hard on the rubber boot and twist and it will expose the oil pressure sending unit. then just throw some teflon tape on the brass fitting and screw it in pretty tight. then connect ur sender to 1 of the open ports on the fitting, then the oil feed line to the next.
good luck with the install!
