Alright I am running a 94 del sol with a B16a3. I am going to be using a 16G turbo with custom manifold which I am turning into an external wastegated turbo...I have a tial wg that has a 6 psi spring in it...I doubt it but will I need injectors?

setup will be when complete:

16G turbo
custom manifold
johnny race car style FMIC but 3 inches thick
custom intercooler piping
2 1/4 dp into 3 inch cat and 3 inch exhaust
DSM BOV
Tial 38mm wg with 6 psi spring

If I need injectors I am going to get saturated so I dont gotta go through the hassle of wiring resistor boxes. I might take the Boost upto 9-10 psi

Management will probly be a VAFC, yes I know its not the best but this cheapo setup is just being done to make me happy over summer while exospeed builds my lsvtec and I start peicing together my big turbo kit with a T67

 

Are you going to run the AFC Hack or a missing link? If you do the HACK you'll need 450cc. If you are running a missing link and FMU your stock injectors will be good for 6psi.

 

Can I get 440cc rc's or do that have to be 450's?
