Default turbo guru's help needed!!!!

thanks for looking. we'll i've been a member here for some time now and i read as many posts in this forum as i can so i could build my knowledge about turbos/hybrids (reflects posts)....my question? i want to do a build up and this is what i've come with....

b16 2nd. gen head ,pocket port/polish and port match w/itr manifold
ferrea valvetrain (ss valves, dual springs,ti ret.)
1 mm. oversized intake/exhaust valves
ctr cams
b18a bottom with 20 over je 9:1 slugs
crower billet rods w/ arp bolts
bal/knife edge b18a crank gsr crank bolts (gsr oil pump,b16 waterpump)
inlinepro head gasket /arp head bolts

i want to go turbo with this set up and will be runing a mits. tdo6-20g(modified tdo5-18g) greddy i.c. int. gated with profec b
this is in a 91 civic si with secu gold zydne (450's cc.will go 720's depending on boost) 255.lph intank pump
what levels of boost can i run (provided the tuning is good) without problems to the motor. i plan on about 260-300whp unless i can do more ,which i know i can. the question. can this be done with a blockguard since i've come pretty much come up to my budget? i wanted to do darton sleeves but the added cost of $1100 made me twitch.the car will be a daily driver and maybe see the track about once a month ,i did'nt beat on my old set up because i'm pretty much a twistie guy rather than a straight liner. ............thanks for your time! any help would be a big help.
