Turbo GSR 500ish whp fueling question
Alright ht so I'm having a bit of an issue deciding which direction I want to go with this. I have a 85mm Benson sleeved GSR block, b16 head. Everything done up of course. I'm shooting for the most I can get outta this thing with still being on pump gas and maybe the occasional race gas for the strip. But I'd say no more than 600whp. I'll be running a bw bullseye s362. The motor is set to handle it and I already have a golden eagle rail with id1000s on a golden eagle im. So now here's the things, will stock lines flow the fuel I need or do I need to switch to -an? If so what size do y'all recommend? Another option is running an a1000 which I already have and a sumped fuel tank to go along with that and -10 feed lines to the rail and all I would need is a reg and return lines. The only reason why I would shy away from that is because I am going to be streeting the car and besides the noise of the external pump it'll be a lot of wear on it being run for that amount of time (around town and a lot of highway) so I need opinions. Lemme know what y'all think

What no more Godspeed turbo???
Why all the power for a street car?
I never understood why people want so more much for a street car

-Spiderman
Peter Parker's Uncle...whatever his name is
i agree, cant have this whp without supporting mods to keep it on the ground. im able to have 382whp (high boost) on my setup but i drive around at 345whp (low boost) and i believe that more than enough for a street car.

But if you want to upgrade, for simplicity just use -6an from the tank to the fuel rail and just use the stock feed line as the return and you will be good to go.

Re: Turbo GSR 500ish whp fueling question
we hit 660 on my integra with stock under-car fuel lines and a drop in full-blown 340 pump wired directly to the battery... replaced the filter - rail line with a -6 AN and from rail to a1000 FPR then to the stock return line... using Q16 with precision 1200cc injectors (89% duty cycle) with an AEM injector driver.... shouldnt have change much for 600 hp... some people like to push the limits on pump gas but on pump im staying ~400 on 93 octane with Q16 for track use only... IMO nothing over that is useable on the street anyway, and if you need more than that, you're trying to race to 150mph on the street = death wish.

Re: Turbo GSR 500ish whp fueling question
Alright thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it. I talked to a friend of mine that helps me street tune and he said we can put her on the dyno with the fuel system like it is with a high output in tank and see if she maxes out or see what we can get out of it. Then go from there. I have most of the things to support the power motor wise but I do want to upgrade from the pro s coilovers that I have. I have the traction bar and I replaced all my bushings so everything lines up properly. Still need axles though. Trans is done including scatter shield. Only thing I really wasn't sure about was the fuel system but I picked up that a1000 and tank for a decent price but maybe now I can sell it and put the money elsewhere like my suspension
