Default turbo f22?

Ive decided it might be cool to actually MAYBE get my 1993 accord to go fast. SO on my way home i was pondering what i might be able to do. I was thinking maybe the usual i/e/h but you dont get the big gains I am lookin for. Another option i thought of would be nitrous. bang for the buck would be awesome, Ok so maybe nitrous. I kept thinking and I came up with this CRAZY idea. TURBO. Oh man that would be fun. Ive been looking at DIY turbos for a while now because im getting a integra ls in july that i plan on turboing. but i kept thinking hmm. cost would be my biggest enemy. so lets trying doing this cheap.
t3 turbo out of a saab- 150
wastegate-100
piping- 100 home depot
BOV-100
FMU- 100
downpipe-100
manifold-300 OUCH!
innercooler-100 from a buddy.
oil line,guages other things....-100
TOTAL=1050 bucks!!!! WOW thats more than i thought it would be. HMM. i dunno what to think right now. Give me some of your opinions

If you can do it for that price, go for it. Somehow it will probably end up costing you more though. If you are planning on turboing the teg, you might be better off just getting some N2O for now.
