i was working my daily landscaping job the other day and we were using one of those Bobcat things and it said "Turbo" really big on the side. did some investigating and found one of the smallest damn turbo's i think that ill ever see. all plastic charge piping, etc. looked pretty cheap but im sure it served its purpose well. id look for something like that along the lines of small *** turbo's.

you could always use a smog pump off of a domestic V8...

I think hitachi or IHI make a super small turbo used on 3cyl diesels in Europe.

BTW that turbo from ebay has alot more than 10 hours on it.

An Ihi vj-14 is tiny.

VJ-14 also came on 1.6 liter turbo Mazdas 323 gt/gtx and mercury Capri but the still make like 200 hp befor they give up the ghoast probably too big but prety cheap. The smog pump isn't a bad idea for a belt driven blower but a vacume pump off of a diesle will work good also just hook up the "wrong" port to get the compressed air out of it.
