Default Crower rods + bearings

Ok, I just got my crower rods and I have a d16y7 motor. Now I need to get the correct rod bearings. I have heard many different people tell me different things about this. I would like someone who has done this and knows exactly what they are doing to post the procedure for finding which rod bearings I need. On the rods there is a stamp that says W2 if that helps. Again, if you dont know what you are talking about please dont post because I am already very confused. Thanx

AFAIK, Crower sizes their rods like a #3 honda rod, so get the bearing that corresponds, and then plastigauge to be sure. dont forget the plastigauge, dont just throw a bearing in and go.
