Im turboing my b16a2 in a ef sedan

i have pretty much evrything
garrett 60/48
hondata s200
custom manifold
tial wastegate
hks ssqv
3in downpipe
new oil lines
intercooler and piping
550 dsm injectors

i was wondering if it would be safer to do with a 3in exhaust since im not building the bottom end. i plane on getting it tuned at 11psi,and i want this block to just hold me over until i can finish my ls bottom end. any suggestions?

i was also wondering if there is anyway i can sneak my fullsize rad with this setup, the turbo looks as if it sits very close to the block, or should i weld brackets on my aftermarket crossmember?
