ok so im putting on a turbo feed line. my question is how tight are you suppose to make the line to the turbo fitting, its regular brass fittings, the hose is small so its not like a 6an or something it would be more like 3an or maybe smaller ? is there a torque number or what ?

also is teflon sealer required, im not using teflon tape but a teflon paste

No sealer on AN fittings. And you don't need to make them extremely tight, just like oil drain plug tight.

 

what if i already put sealer on an an fitting, should i remove it or will it be ok ?

 

I would clean it off.

 

I would remove the sealant too. If it hardens up on the seating angle of the AN flare, it might prevent the seating angles from sealing.
