oil return line options?
A reinforced teflon tube, annealed copper, buna-n, fluorosilicone, Dupont Viton - there are lots of options. Just make sure it's rated for petroleum, google "rubber petroleum resistance". Crappy rubber will absorb it and eventually burst, while the right rubber hose can even be used for the oil feed line...
can you maybe show me a pic of the fittings youre talking about? im not sure if theres threads on my turbo or oil pan where the return line goes
the oil return flange that you bolt to your turbo is more than likely 1/2" npt, and whatever fitting you welded to your oil pan. then just go to the harware store and get some fittings with hose barbs on them for the hose.

alright do you know if autozone still sells that hose? and if i got my hands on some would it be bad to use a couple hose clamps on each side of the hose to hold it on? i have heard from a few people that the hose is not under much pressure.
Hope this helps you as much as it helped me!http://www.beesandgoats.com/boostfaq/g2icturbo.html
any parts store should have some high temp hose. yes there is no pressure so a couple hose clamps will be just fine.
