oil feed line? how to attach it?
okay, this may be a stupid question, but i got my turbo in today. on the turbo, the oil feed "hole" is a square with two threaded holes on each side, so it look like i need some kind of adapter to attach a fitting to it. do i need some kind of a adapter to hook up the line? and where can i purchase this adapter?
oh, and here is a pic of the turbo...
it seems as if they switched the feed and return...the return hole is threaded, while the feed hole is a square...shouldnt it be the other way around? and if i just run it this way, will i have to worry about leaks, or the return line flooding up?

it seems like ur a little confused. the "square hole" is the oil return hole. you will need a oil return flange. whereas the oil feed hold should be a 1/8" npt hole, where you'll just need some sort of 1/8" npt > -3an adapter fitting or something similar.
it looks like ur turbo needs to be clocked, so that the oil feed hole will be where it needs to be.

yah, thanks a lot man...i just read up on clocking turbo's...i just started trippin out cuzz i was thinking, that the turbo was messed up having the return hole on the top....but yah, i will clock the turbo.
don't take this the wrong way but before you put the turbo on your car you might want to do some more research on turbocharging. What you asked about the oil feed line is very basic stuff. run na till you get educated you will thank me later when your **** doesnt blow up
