Default Too much?

Ok I am planning on boosting a stock block b series. Most likely b16 or ls. I have a turbo that I might use but I am wondering if it will be too big for just stock boost. It is a dual ball bearing 63 a/r hot side. 70ar compressor side. So my question is would this turbo be too laggy for a lower boost application, and what should I expect if I use a turbo like this. Thanks!!

I'm running a .63 trim t3 on the hot side and .60 on the cold. It buids 10psi by 4500rpm. You gotta tell us what type of turbo it is manufacturer and size.
