Tony tuned Neptune (491whp B18c5)
Sup guys...well after a long *** wait I finally got out to see Tony. The car made 491whp at 21.5psi on a 4lbs waste gate spring. Tony swapped out the spring to a 8lbs to turn the boost up to 23ish and the boost and tq were coming on way to hard for my stock pressure plate so we had to call it a day (or days...lol)
Anyway I wanted to say thanks to Art for all his work on getting my Motech iginition box in (Tony said you hook it up wrong...ROOKIE....hahaha jk) Anyway we just ended up running the MSD-digi 7 and it worked out good) But for real Art man thanks for all you work man.
Tell me why this cat stayed up like ******* 40 hours str8 cuz he's a profectionist making sure everything was nice and pretty not to mention PERFECT. Thanks for all your effort, the tow 1 hour before you had to be at work...everything man.
Stan at Fast Turbo, thanks for everything too man. Cool *** dude right there!
Tony, I dont even know what to say man.....thanks for eeeeeeeeeeeeverything bra. From the bed, to the truck keys to grab a bite to eat, o and all the car stuff too..hahaha. I'll be back to see you soon man
Also Ari from RX7 (prob doesnt get on the site) but thanks to him as well. He had everything we needed to get my **** running, stand up guy...funny as hell too...lol.
I would get a dyno up but um...I didn't get the print out...forgot I got all but 2 passes on video tho, I'll get one up soon.

Re: Tony tuned Neptune (Erik B)
Congrats Erik. Now get a Competition/Exedy Clutch and get some high numbers out of the car. Let me know if you need any help on the track.

Haha, blame it on the motec all you want, that was just a rookie mistake. lol Kids, never cut somthing over your leg with a razor blade...
Eric, congrats on your setup finally coming together. I know you've been working on it for a while and you damn sure hit a few bumps in the road here and there. After all the **** we went through to get it on the dyno, I know you were happy when you started seeing big numbers! lol Get the clutch changed and a little bigger spring in the wastegate and then we'll work on more power. All in all, i'm very impressed with the power from such a simple, but proven turbo setup. Rev hard cast manifold, greddy exhaust, and all!

Re: Tony tuned Neptune (Bulldogg83)
I just realized we could have put Philip's M&W Pro10 and it would have worked. I guess you dont think of this stuff when you are tired as hell..lol.

Re: Tony tuned Neptune (Arturbo)
It'll only work if it's a new version, if it has an led on it by the plug, it'll work. If not, it's the older one like the motec was and will only work with a falling edge trigger...
