Default tial replacement springs

i currently have a 1 bar spring, but would like to lower the boost to around 8psi. i have the spring from an old motor, this one is on stock internals and dont want to boost over 8psi. i was wondering where is the cheapest place to buy replacement springs? oh btw its a 38 mm

I paid $27 with tax from a local shop. I was having the same issue with not being able to lower boost below 1 bar.
