Default Tial 40mm wastegate spring question

Can anyone verify what bar the large yellow spring is? I thought it was
.8 or .9 bar, I did some searches on here and I seen .45 bar. I just wondered
if it was for the small spring or large spring. Also you can only boost as much
as twice the spring rate correct?
