Which is a better wastegate a Tial 40mm or the Turbonetics Racegate?

my Tial 35mm is maxed out. Also, where can i find either one for a Good Price ?


Please speak from Personal Experience or Research. Thank You All.

i decided to go with the Tial 40mm, thanx to all who had something positive to add to this thread.

at xxxhp it was fine, at xxx+hp the boost spikes. all my vaccuums are proper and my boost controller is fine.

more info on your set up , might not be the WG . that wg should house the power without a prob.

 

My guess is the manifold. Do you have a drag manifold?

i highly doubt that its anything else.

does any know where i can find a Tial 40mm for a GREAT PRICE, NEW?

i'm also looking for a Quaife, my diff is on its way out. my tranny is making noise. i had problems with my diff before as well.

i appreciate the help BUT i just need to know <U>where i can find those parts for a good price. </U>i race for $$ often and a couple of ppl read these forums and i can't let them know what i'm running. i'm sure you can understand.

 

oh christ then do a search in the classifieds and look for it . this is a tech thread if you need help with something not to tell you where to get parts cheap.

if you read my original post i asked which is a BETTER wastegate.

 

neither is better, its all personal pref. go look on ebay.

 

Well, of our customers Racegate's diaphram melted on his 700+whp turbo IS300. We sent it back to Turbonetics and they exchanged it for a new one with no questions asked.
Personally me on the other hand runs a Tial 40mm and I use Tial for all our custom turbo kits.
