throwing solid cel....cose 0 ecu need help
I was at track and went to change chip and went to start car and wouldnt start for ****. Changed chips back to good known working chip and nothing again.. Throws CEL and it stays on when you jump conversion harness cel wire. Code 0(ecu) Wont start, gets fuel and spark but seems to have a problem. Back up fuse and ecu fuse is good and so is main relay....any idea?????? Tried another known ecu also...same results

I would guess that when you were playing with the ECU, one of your harness plugs might have come loose.
I would doubt that you 'shocked' the ECU and ruined it though. I have played with HUNDREDS of OBD0/OBD1 ECUs and never once 'shocked' one to death.
Always ends up being a bad chip, a bad burn or wiring issues...ECUs are pretty solid pieces that rarely fail.
