Default temporary resistor box wiring with saturated injectors

I just installed my resistor box that will be used for some precision 1000cc injectors but i do not have time to install the injectors. I havent actually sodered the wires yet but i already cut the 4 wires with continuity and now im not sure which one goes to which. My question is does it matter which wire from the injectors goes to which wire from the dead end plug so that i can temporarily connect them and still drive the car? (The 1000cc are peak and hold and my current injectors are saturated and i learned from searching that a resistor box with sat injectors is a no no...)
thanks for any feedback
