T67 on a B16, will my TiAl 38mm be able to do it's job?
I'm going to get the T67 HO turbo and put it on my new set up I am putting together, but I am worried that my Tial 38mm wont be able to get the boost down low enough in 1st and 2nd gear (AVCR).
Think I will be okay or no? I'm using the Synapse Motorsports ram horn, looks like every other ram horn except with 38mm gate flange

There is a very good chance that you will have boost creep issues with this setup using a small gate. Where is the wastegate location on the manifold? What is the lowest amount of boost you want to run?> Id go bigger while you still can...
I had a tial 38 and switched it out for a Turbosmart 48mm. I have pretty solid boost control now.

on my street car last year.... (ls/vtec/gsr cams) ramhorn with t3/t67-tial35mm i was able to keep boost at a constant pressure(lowest ran was 11-12 psi) the car had no problems with boost creep or spikes.

Well I want to run low boost off the line and through 1st and maybe 2nd gear. I will run as low as I can.
After that I don't care because I plan to be running more boost in gears 3,4,5.
The wastegate is placed right in the middle of the ramhorn where all the collectors meet.

quit sweating it and run it !
you should be able to run more than 10 psi in 1st & 2nd gear.
