boost creep

Default boost creep
when in 1st and 2nd gear boost is at 6-7psi but in 3rd gear it goes up to 8-9psi. how can i solve this? im using an internal wastegate. Anyone with Deltagate or Tial wastegate experience this?

well the tial and deltas are external...

i know the Tial and Deltagate are externals but has anyone experienced problems similiar to mine with them?
