Default T3/T4 T04B and T3/T4 T04E and intercooler

what's the difference between these two turbos. Which would be better for my gsr setup. Im thinking of running at 5 psi and 8 psi on high boost. what size or type of intercooler do you guys recommend for either turbos.

A friend of mine has the b, I have the e...... he is stick, I'm auto, but I still think my car pulls harder then his..... then again the E is bigger and flows more...

Power for power the E is the best bang for the buck..... the B is just smaller and flows less

FYI friend with the B spools only 200rpm quicker then mine and he has 3" exhaust, my exhaust is completly stock and I hit full boost around 4200rpm..... I run 7psi and does he.

hey joe, i'm wondering how you can tell if the turbo is good or not? i'm considering on buying a t3/t4 t04e too but not sure if it's in good cond. i check for shaft play and its solid. how bout the turbine spin? how smoothly is it supposed spin? i've heard that the fins spin if you blow on em, is that true? the one i'm looking at spins maybe about 3 or 4 rotations when i spin it with my fingers. is this ok? thanx

The B is mainly used for sohc. And the e is more for dohc. So you would be better off going with the t3 to4e and fmic.

Holy $hit, that's some lag!! How can you guys (1.8 with big turbos) deal with that?

4200rpm full boost ain't bad if you're redlining at 8000
