Default stupid question:do you think a stock b16a and 15-18psi will make this much power?

I'm gonna buy a stock 1st gen b16a to boost for sure now(while my motor is still in the process of being built). I'm hoping to achieve at least 12's with it...All I need is for the motor to be good to me for 1 full day(an event)...it can blow on me anytime after taht for all I care.

YOU GUYS THINK I CAN MAKE AT LEAST 320-350 WHP WITH 15-18PSI?

here's what's gonna be in the car for that day.

the stock b16a motor
my ls tranny with quaiffe lsd
DSS stage 3 axles
my custom turbo kit with t3/60-1 turbo
550cc injectors
haltech e6k with osofast tuning it...

Listen, a friend of mine had a B16A2 bottom end witha GSR head. With the Drag III kit with an upgraded turbo he cranked out 332 to the wheels at 215lbs of torque at 12lbs of boost. This was also on Speed Pro and C-16 race fuel. He ran consistent 11.8's.

You will be close, if not over 400whp on that kinda boost pressure with a 60-1. I was making a bit over 300whp on 10psi with my custom set-up. If running 18psi, depending on what car you have the engine in...probably close to high 10's, but def. deep 11's.

yeah i think you can do it.. just keep timing conservative so you don't blow the engine before your race

the LS tranny is the only tranny I have left....I have a stock b16 hydro tranny with factory LSD, but the 3rd gear is fucked up....I haven't torn it apart yet. I'll let you guys know how it goes on July
