Re: (igo4bmx)
your TPS sensor is working correctly?
could just take blue box out and see what it runs like without hitting boost. Not sure if you can change your wastegate spring easily or not. guess you could just unbolt some of your exhaust bolts so it creates an exhaust leak therefore raising your spool up time if you wanna be a lil safter

that happened to me when one of my injector clips came off and was running on 3 cyls. Check them as well as the spark plug wires and new plugs wouldn't hurt.

Sounds exactly like what mine does, I adjusted the wiring and now it doesnt happen, check all connections, its probably a loose wire!

did you ever find a fix for this? was it the blue box? i'm having the same problem now. i'm thinking it could be the blue box.
mine would hesitate bad at all different kinds of rpms...i could never get passed 5k though.
could you put a missing link instead of using the blue box?

i have a feeling its my IACV doing this (its an auto by the way)
because of two things
my CEL 14 is going on
and this occurs only after driving it hard
I tink my radiator fluid is boiling to the point that maybe the air that is created as steam is messing with the IACV?

I'm runnign Denso Iridium plugs on my honda... though use FMU, still no problems at all... works flawlessly
Why would iridium plugs cause trouble? AFAIK they even have better spark than regular platinum...

I was wondering the same thing, I'v runned Denso Iridium plug's for the last summer without any problem.

if you coolant is boiling then you are overheating which can cause misses while its to hot. also could be boiling due to bad headgasket which can make plugs prematurly dirty.
Also i noticed i got through plugs like crazy(ngk one step colder) with the turbo. They look fine when i remove them but i have lots of skips and hesitation and when i put fresh ones in the skips and stuff go away. I probably have to do this like every 3-4 months. maybe i'll try another step cold but i would try throwing a set of plugs in and seeing if it fixes the prob plus its cheap.
