Another GReddy Blue Box question....

Default Another GReddy Blue Box question....

I was wondering if I were to hook up the Blue Box for a day or two <U>before</U> I put the rest of the GReddy kit on and drive it like that would I be ok?

well, it takes 3 days for an engine to explode so i think 1 or 2 days would be ok.

Theres nothing wrong with the blue box, it just depends if you have the Greddy kit etc.

The blue box really isnt that bad, hell if you could do timing/step retard with it i would have kept it.

well, the bluebox is completely untunable. i have run the actuall bluebox for almost a year now. no problems. just dont go crazy on the boost and your fine.

What I am wanting to do is hook up the blue box until i have time to hook up the rest of the GReddy kit.

Also, Is email notification working for anyone?

well, you can certainly hook it up first with out boost. the bluebox will only conpensate when it see boost.
