stock map sensor dependibility?
I have heard that if your boosting around 9-10 psi, that the stock map sensor wont last long and that you should upgrade to a 3 bar sensor even though you may not be boosting past the 11psi. I just need to know if i should get a 3 bar map sensor for my build at 9 psi of if I can just leave the stock one on. Thanks for the help

Re: stock map sensor dependibility?
I had my car tuned on 10psi with the stock map for a few months and never had a problem. Boost cut was definitely set at 11 psi for assurance. Tial 44mm ftw Held 10psi all day and never spiked once.

Re: stock map sensor dependibility?
so the stock map sensor doesn't need to be replaced if only 9 psi. and i wont have to worry about is failing after awhile from it seeing boost?
