stock b20z2 block and stock gsr head on boost.
everything stock i come up with 10.3:1 compression. is this too high to boost with a tbird .60/63? not looking for over 300 hp. i want massive midrange power low in my rpms. stock gsr cams would have to be set at 0 intake and 0 exhaust due to p2v issues with stock pfk pistons. im not building this motor with internals. i have another b20 block that is on the engine stand thats getting sleeved and built. but that might not be ready till next summer. thanks.

I have a b20 turbo setup, and purchased a GSR head a while back-
Ive decided to just stay nonvtec for a few reasons-
1- a vtec head flows better all around, but the biggest difference is in the super high RPM range you dont want to be revving your b20 past stock redline especially if you are straining the motor more with boost
2- you can easily easily get 250whp -300whp on the stock block setup, and it mostly will be in the low midrange
save the 1000 or for slicks / radials and a good tune
