Default BOV and boost control

This picture is something that my friend wired up and I have no idea why he did it this way. It just seems wrong to me but I dont really know where else to run the vac lines. It seems to me like the line from the W/G (which is internal, GReddy 15g) should run to the foam vent side of the boost control solenoid (hondata boost control). So then I have the opposite side of the solenoid, which according to the diagram given by hondata, would need to be run to a vacuum source and the second wastegate line (which I dont have so I suppose eliminate it?) Then that 3rd nipple on the BOV needs to be connected to a constant vacuum source over 7 psi, so can I run that into the vacuum manifold as well?

I still feel like I should T the vacuum line from the w/g and run that to the "Boost only source" (aka Nipple C on the bov) and then just run the boost control solenoid to the vacuum manifold.
