Max boost on stock block????
In process of building civic 4 door powered by b20 vtec with gt35 turbo head is super tech valve train w/itr cams in a gsr head
I am little low on cash now to build the block so for the mean time I wanted to know a aggressive boost poundage I can run on this setup without blowing the motor first time out

You could blow it up at 1 psi, or 30psi. What is more important is power level and the tune. You don't mention any work being done to the block. If you have forged pistons/rods then you could make much more power than if you have a stock bottom end.
Psi of boost is irrelevant.
10 psi on a t25 and 10 psi on a 40R are two very different amounts of airflow.
its all in the tune. many stock (unopened) engines over 400 hp and higher with a good tune and attention to detail.

Like mentioned multiple times, boost means absolutely freaking nothing. Nothing at all, so you can drop any idea of using it as a benchmark in your build.
You need a power goal. My completely stock F22B1 at 220k handles 245whp just dandy. Its all about how you go about doing it, and ultimately your tuner.
