Default stock b16a2 turbo questions

I am considering building a cheap turbo kit for my b16 and boost about 5-6psi with goals in the 215-250hp range. So far I have gathered these parts:

-revhard cast manifold w/ external WG block off plate
-saab 9000 turbo 42/48 A/R internal WG; with no in and out play veryvery little side to side play
-a hacked piece of volvo 3 bolt turbo downpipe with o2 bung
-golden eagle oil filter sandwich plate
-all oil lines
-all gaskets
-greddy turbo catback
-dohc greddy blue box
-a set of 310 RC injectors
-a set of precision 440 injectors
-obd1 injector clips
-a/f and boost gauge
-I also have a vafc laying around
-probe IC
-junkyard IC piping
-Bosch BOV

My main fear is blowing my motor, my b16a2 has only 37k miles on the clock. Should i get a bigger turbo? Should i pick up a used uberdata or hondata setup?

I do not have a lot of money, but if you think I need to dump in more money i might just sell everything and stay N/A. I know this T3 turbo is not the best around for a b16, but is it possible to use?

The only reason I was going to use the greddy blue box was to be a temporary solution until I decided I really liked being turbo and to save for p28/uberdata setup. What do you think i should do?

well tuning is the key, that turbo wont support alot for the b16a, i would go bigger, ive seen stock b16a's make 250-350 whp with very conservative tuning
no tuning= dead motor

being that your goal is 215-250, there really is no arguement in your selection of turbos. You'll spool well and hold power to red-line . Not sure why everyone is under the idea that you need some kind of turbo off of a ******* 12 liter diesel engine to power a 1.6liter to a conservative power range...makes no sense.

So all in all this setup can work, but the turbo will spool really fast. I should get a new turbo and probably tune it with uber or hondata.

Keep in mind that if you decide to get a bigger turbo you are also going to have to get bigger injectors. I also really want to say to get bigger injectors for this turbo. Go to a junkyard and try to find some on a stock DSM.
