Niice.
I'm going with the same intercooler for my teg. For 195 shipped with 2.5" endtanks for 2.5" piping, you can't beat that. Great quality, and great price.

well this is how i did it...here is a paint pic to help out
so then you slide one tab in and then slide it over enough so you can get the other tab in the other slot(i had to cut one tab shorter so it would slide over enough to get the other side in) then go in through the end and bend the tabs down/up so it wont come out...viola boltless intercooler install lol...im gonna try to figure out another way to hold it in but that works for now. mine is flush with both the bottom of the bumper support and the back of the bumper support so i only had to cut minimal out of the bumper..if that is a bad explanation let me know and i will reword it lol

Yea I noticed that our 96-98 Bumper Beam, its a hollow piece of beam...and so there's no "opening" for us to hold a nut inside. I was thinking about drilling a BIG huge hole next to the little holes so I can stick my fingers in there and attach a nut.
Anyways, your method is pretty neat, but it looks like it may rattle. Also, I went for the JRC 5". So I don't know how much I have to gut.
Oh yea, what intercooler piping you using? I ordered paul93sir's intercooler piping. Still haven't gotten it yet. okay peace out.

Looks good. If you want to clean up those edges a little, just get a sandpaper flapwheel for your dremel. They seem to work real good to clean up the edges.

That was after I got back home Ben...Also guy, I'm going to get some more pics soon. The ones i took with the bumper off after mounting it didn't turn out for some reason. I'll get them up as soon as it warms up a bit here. -7 degree weather is no fun.

I trimmed my bumper with a utility knife and took my time...turned on real nice....might try that for cleaning it up a little. It sucks you already mangled the bumper some, since it looks like a pretty clean one. Oh well. Nice intercooler.

I'll have to take pics of the other side of the bumper. This bumper is ****...lol I had the car for 5 days last year and a rock fell off of a semi truck and went right through it. This is just my practice bumper.

It was pretty much that if he didn't care, then I wasn't gonna worry about finishing it real nice.
When you get a new bumper, I'll let you do the cutting with the dremel next time J.
