Just replace the line with your extra line.

We have a place here in Arizona ( I know it doesnt help) But you may have something like it there. Its called "All tubes and Hoses" They do all that sort of stuff. Look in your yellow pages, or phone book. Any Mechanic can also do it for you. We have a guy that does them too. I'd tell you -How- I just don't know. Just some info.

You can buy a fitting at most speed shops or race car shop.Bring the hose with you.If they're not to busy they may assemble it for you or you can do it yourself. Here's some instructions. http://www.stockcarproducts.com/aqp1a.htm

You're best bet is to get a new one. The ends are crimped on and unless someone will do one end at a fair price, it may just be easier to buy a new one.

If you need a quick fix for temporary use, you could always get a 1/8npt to (whatever size feed your running) barb, and clamp that **** good.

Autozone and pepboys dont' carry them. Checker auto parts , some of there stores have a "Performance Center" And they sell the fittings and steel lines.
